Q: Do we have to bring our own sheets and towels?
A: No. All sheets and towels are provided with the exception of beach towels.

Q: What time should we check in?
A: Check-in is anytime after 3:00pm on the day of arrival. Check out is 10:00am.

Q: How do we get into the cottage if we arrive late at night or if no one is there when we arrive?
A: There will be a key in a small lockbox next to your unit’s front door. The combination will be sent to you with the confirmation letter.

Q: Do you provide cribs and/or high chairs? Is there an extra charge for these?
A: We do have portable cribs and highchairs that we provide free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis. You can check availability through the office.

Q: How close are the units to the water?
A: All apartments are right on the beach, facing the water. 7 of our cottages are less than 60 yards from the beach, with some actually on the beach. heck out our property map in the accommodations section.

Q: What happens if I cancel my reservation? Will I get my deposit back?
A: If we are able to re-rent the unit, we will return your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee. Help us out by giving us plenty of lead-time. We have as much interest in getting it rented out as you do!
