Policies

We have decided to re-open for a shorter, summer-only 2024 season:

From Friday, May 24 – Sunday, Sept 1, inclusive.

Only Weekly rentals are offered. There are NO Daily rentals in 2024.

All 6 Waterfront Apartments are available. (1 and 2 Bedrooms)

Only these 3 Cottages are available; Bayview, Becalmed, and Leeward (each 3 Bedrooms)

Pets
Absolutely no pets are permitted.

Check In and Check Out
Check in is anytime after 3:00pm on the day of arrival. (Early check in only available with advance permission of the manager.)
Check out time is by 10:00am on the day of departure.

Cancellations
In case of cancellation of a reservation, the deposit will be refunded, minus a $50 processing fee, if we are able to re-rent the unit.

Minimum Stays
Minimum stay is 7 nights.

Deposits
We require a 50% deposit on all reservations.
